Hi there, I’m Yolanda!

I’m a UX Designer at the Evidence in Motion, part of the Confluent Health, where I craft HealthEd digital experiences and contribute to scalable design systems. With a master's in Digital Media (UX Design) from the University of Washington, I bring 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, web development, and visual design across health care, tech, eCommerce, and higher education.

Previously, I was a Web Developer at the University of Denver, developing digital sites to support campaigns and initiatives. I’ve also designed eCommerce and logistics applications at Pattern and created inclusive experiences at UW in collaboration with departments like Disability Resources, School of Nursing, and Communication Leadership. My design journey began with roles at Edelman and Weibo.

Outside of work, I enjoy storytelling through drawing, gaming, photography, and piano. I also love to unwind with karaoke or anime. Fun fact: I speak three languages—English, Chinese, and Japanese—so I can chat about design, games, or karaoke in three ways!
